About Grand Valley Lakes

Grand Valley Lakes subdivision is a growing gated community in Hardeman County, TN. There are three scenic lakes, Grand Valley Lake is 225 acres, Gin Pond is about 20 acres and Duffer Lake. Great fishing is available to anyone who enjoys having these amenities close to home all year. Coming soon we will also have many other activities in the community. There is a Ladies' Club, Member Library and a brand new fitness facility. At Grand Valley Lakes, you can stay active all year long or enjoy the peace and quiet of West Tennessee country living at its best.

The GVL Lodge is available to rent. We rent to property owners and non-property owners. Ask Margaret in the POA Office or check out our GVL Lodge Rental link for more information.
